As of May 25, 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, referred to as RODO, is in force.

In this regard, we would like to inform you about the principles of processing by TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. Your personal data and your rights in connection with it. We are committed to ensuring that you have complete knowledge and thus full comfort in using the services and programs of TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o..

Please read the following information. At the same time, we assure you that we take due care of your privacy and do not increase our rights in any way. Your personal data is safe with us, and you can withdraw your consent to its collection and processing at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the “Privacy Notice” below.

Information on personal data protection

TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o., headquartered in Mościski, 3 May 6 Street, as a personal data controller, collects your personal data obtained during the conclusion of a contract with you and during its term (“Personal Data”), in particular:

  • Name(s) and surname, e-mail address, contact address, company of the represented entity, telephone number, position,
  • in the case of entrepreneurs, we additionally process: NIP, REGON, registered office address, bank account number,

We collect your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • conclude and perform the contract between us and provide you with the services we offer, including in particular the shipment of ordered goods and the processing of payments, handling of complaints;
  • to carry out the obligations of TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. provided by law, including in particular the issuance and storage of invoices and accounting documents, and for archiving purposes;
  • to protect the rights of TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the law, including in particular the assertion of overdue payments in the framework of debt collection and court processes,
  • verification of your payment credibility and creditworthiness when granting you a credit limit as well as for the purpose of securing payments due to TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. (surety agreements and other collateral), the legitimate interest of TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the marketing of products and services of TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. (direct marketing),
  • to carry out marketing activities and send commercial information if you give separate consents.

TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. may transfer Personal Data to the following third parties for the purposes indicated herein:

  1. entities with which TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. has a cooperation agreement (” Data Processors “) for the purpose of performance of the agreement between us, performance of the obligations of TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. provided for by law, protection of the rights of TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the provisions of law and performance of the legitimate interest of TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. within the meaning of the regulations on personal data protection; in particular, TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. may transfer your personal data to entities such as: banks, debt collection companies, entities providing accounting services, companies providing postal and courier services, companies with which we cooperate in order to provide marketing services. Such entities will be obliged by virtue of agreements concluded with TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. to apply appropriate security, technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data and process them only in accordance with the instructions provided by TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o.;
  2. supervisory authorities, authorities and other third parties; where necessary to fulfill the purposes indicated above and to fulfill obligations imposed by law, Personal Data may be transferred to supervisory authorities, courts and other authorities (e.g., tax and law enforcement authorities), independent third-party advisors (e.g., auditors) or benefit providers.

In addition, you have the right to:

  • request access to Personal Data; the data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation from TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. as to whether Personal Data concerning him or her is being processed, and if this is the case, he or she is entitled to access it. TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. will provide you with a copy of your Personal Data subject to processing upon request. For any further copies requested by you, TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs,
  • rectification of Personal Data; you have the right to rectify Personal Data concerning you that is inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete Personal Data, including by providing an additional statement,
  • deletion of Personal Data (“the right to be forgotten”); you have the right to request, provided there are circumstances provided by law, the immediate deletion of Personal Data concerning you, and TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. is obliged to delete such Personal Data without undue delay,
  • Restrict the processing of your Personal Data; in this case, TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. will indicate such Personal Data upon your request, and the processing of such Personal Data may be limited only to the specified purposes,
  • portability of Personal Data; under certain conditions, you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format Personal Data concerning you, processed by TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. Ltd. and you have the right to transfer this Personal Data to another entity,
  • objection; under certain circumstances, you have the right to object at any time – for reasons related to your particular situation – to the processing of Personal Data concerning you, and on TDZ Technika dla zdrowia Sp. z o.o. may be under an obligation to cease processing such Personal Data.
