ReState – Real Estate
We present an application that is used to manage the properties of one or more companies.

Key features of ReState – Real Estate:
- Records of real estate objects (plots, buildings, premises) and their elements (biologically active areas, structures, windows, doors, walls, floors, installations, etc.);
- Analysis of the technical condition of the property and its elements (windows, doors, walls, floor, installations);
- Analysis of unused building space/ vacant for lease facilities;
- The ability to attach maps and diagrams of plots / buildings;
- Quickly determine the scope and cost of work in the management of repairs and ongoing operation of the property.
- Summary of usable area by specific area (province, district, municipality);
- Attach any documents and define your own document types;
- Multi-user operation anywhere via a web browser;
The system is designed for those who:
- manage properties that are territorially extensive and serviced by many separate units ( their own technical departments and external companies ) e.g. County Offices, Marshal Offices, Hospitals, budget institutions and nationwide enterprises,
- conduct building maintenance services for other companies;
- They rent premises , real estate,
- Are responsible for the valorization of rental agreements.
The program supports the tasks of technical departments, operations and contracts departments in large state and local government units.
Technology and requirements

The application was drawn up in modern Silverlight technology. The requirement for the application to function is the installation of an IIS site on any Windows operating system starting from Windows XP Professional and MS SQL 2008 database server in Express version or higher. The application is based on .NET Framework 4.0. Users of the application use the application through any web browser that allows the display of Silverlight content.
