Register of Adverse Events

Register of Adverse Events

Dear all, we have prepared an information system “Register of Adverse Events” (RZN), which serves as a systemic approach to patient safety and the popularization of knowledge derived from the analysis of adverse events.

Designed in accordance with the guidelines for the EU Council on Patient Safety and Healthcare Associated Infections and the provisions of the Law on Patients’ Rights and the Patients’ Ombudsman for the establishment of records of medical events.

The system enables the process of registration and analysis of events in the areas of

  • health care,
  • clinical activities
  • Pharmacotherapy related to transfusion of blood and its components ,
  • medical equipment,
  • equipment and others.

On the one hand, the solution is used to record adverse events, but it also includes an analytical and statistical module, which allows to make a number of statements according to the recorded parameters and present them in any graphical form.

Our proposal fits perfectly into the catalog of A2C and A2B, A2A e-services implemented by health care units as part of improving their offerings to patients.
